About Me

I am a Registered Psychologist providing in-person therapy in Calgary and online therapy Alberta-wide. Mental health is my passion. I believe that a true sense of satisfaction comes from living authentically. I live by this belief and encourage it in my practice. When you sit across from me, you get a real, genuine person that will feel with you. I’ll laugh with you and cry with you. There is power in being able to share your emotional experience, so you know you’re not alone.

My commitment to you is that I will work hard with you. I will support you with what you need to live a fuller and more meaningful life. I will also help you embrace the aspects of your life that cannot be changed, so you can live contently anyway.

My Approach

I use an eclectic approach to therapy but primarily draw from Emotion Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and attachment-informed trauma therapy. 

 

I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), have completed an externship in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and have completed partial training in other treatment modalities such as The Gottman Method of Relationship Therapy, and DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy). 

 

I understand the need to tailor treatment plans to each individuals’ needs; therefore, I am able to take a holistic approach and incorporate all aspects of your life.
